EDIZIONE 2024
L'anno dell'orso
Come la precedente, anche l'edizione del 2024 si disputa, nella sua fase finale al Bollate Softball Sport Complex nel week end del 25 e 26 maggio.
La novità della terza edizione risiede nel fatto che, per la prima volta la Spartan si apre all'Europa, ospitando una formazione straniera.
Il primo team non italiano a prendervi parte sono i Bandits de Nogent (Parigi), una delle formazioni di misto francesi più temibili in circolazione, gia' incontrate da Storm nel corso dello storico Trophee Des Alpes, nel febbraio del 2024 a Grenoble.
In due giornate le contendenti al titolo si sfidano in 34 partite complessive per determinare chi avrebbe inciso il proprio nome alla base della defender cup in cristallo, assegnata al più forte di questa lega.
I team contendenti vengono divisi in gironi e come ogni anno, provengono da diverse parti d'Italia e, per la prima volta, d'Europa. Ecco la starting list:

Il maltempo che ha funestato gran parte delle attività sportive del batti e corri nel corso del 2024, non risparmia nemmeno la Spartan. La prima giornata inizia in ritardo e il programma viene modificato in tempo reale.
Al termine delle due giornate, i Bears battono Storm in una finale avvincente, mentre i francesi Bandits meritano il terzo posto, al termine di una semifinale persa con Storm di misura, 2-1 al sesto. Al quarto posto di classificano i coriacei Goonies di Castelfranco Veneto, mentre i Survivor di Capitan Allara, sopravanzano, rispetto alla edizione 2023, gli ABC di Cernusco sul Naviglio, piazzandosi rispettivamente quinti e sesti della classifica finale.

2024 EDITION: THE YEAR OF THE BEAR
Such as the previous one, the 2024 edition will also be held, in its final phase at the Bollate Softball Sport Complex on the weekend of May 25 and 26.
The novelty of the third edition lies in the fact that, for the first time, Spartan opens up to Europe, hosting a foreign team.
The first non-Italian team to take part are the Bandits de Nogent (Paris), one of the most fearsome French mixed teams around, already met by Storm during the historic Trophee Des Alpes, in February 2024 in Grenoble.
In two days, the contenders for the title will compete in 34 total matches to determine who would have their name engraved at the base of the crystal defender cup, awarded to the strongest of this league.
The contending teams are divided into groups and, like every year, they come from different parts of Italy and, for the first time, Europe.

The bad weather that has ruined most of the batti e corri sporting activities during 2024, does not spare Spartan either. The first day starts late and the program is changed in real time.
At the end of the two days, the Bears beat Storm in a thrilling final, while the French Bandits deserve third place, at the end of a semifinal lost to Storm by a narrow margin, 2-1 in the sixth. The qtough Goonies of Castelfranco Veneto are ranked fourth, while the Survivor of Capitan Allara, overtake, compared to the 2023 edition, the ABC of Cernusco sul Naviglio, placing fifth and sixth respectively in the final ranking.
THE NUMBERS OF THE THIRD EDITION
The Spartan mechanism ensures also in the 2024 edition, an extended coverage of the national territory.
